The beginnings
Our trailWe are a young group of farmers based in the Asturian mountains of Cabrales, at the foot of the Picos de Europa. It is in this place, witness of so many shepherd men and women, where my love story for this land begins, and I realize that the best way to honor their legacy is to dedicate myself to the same thing they did, perhaps more than 6,000 years ago, since there are archaeological testimonies of livestock in the area, dating back that far.
It is in this place where I find direct heirs of this tradition, from whom you can still learn, because in few places like here persists the link of this museum still alive.
